Z&H law firm (in Chinese Zhao Chen and Hui Ya) is a Chinese firm composed of five partners exercising for more than 10 years in Shanghai.

The main activity of the firm is related to Japanese multinational corporations, but the firm is also responsible for SMEs and foreign individuals.
